The event was honored by the presence of representatives from the Office of the Secretary to the Zamfara State Government and the Ministry for Internal Security and Home Affairs, reflecting the strong support from our government partners in fostering peace and security across Zamfara State. Our new tagline, “Empowering Communities, Building Futures,” perfectly captures our dedication to creating sustainable and impactful change through community engagement and development. The Centre’s Executive Director, Adamu Abubakar Kwatarkwashi highlighted CENCEX's robust track record in community development and their readiness to provide comprehensive training programs tailored to HUCOMDEF’s needs. These training programs are designed to equip the BCRAVE project team with advanced skills in community engagement, conflict resolution, and extremism prevention strategies. Moreover, CENCEX offered to facilitate networking opportunities with HUCOMDEF and stakeholders working in similar fields, fostering a broader coalition aimed at creating sustainable peace in the State.
