Job Title: Experienced Associate   Industry: Legal Services   Location: Independence Layout, Enugu State.   Salary: Very attractive   We are seeking a highly skilled Experienced Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive legal knowledge, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven ability to manage complex cases, engage in critical litigation issues with little or no guidance and provide strategic advice to clients. Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee complex legal cases from inception to resolution. - Draft, review and negotiate legal documents and contracts. - Mentor and supervise junior associates and support staff. - Conduct thorough legal research and analysis. - Collaborate with Partners on strategic initiatives. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends .   Requirements: - LL.B degree from an accredited Law School and Call to Bar Certificate. LL.M or other advanced degrees are a plus. - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer with significant experience in Litigation and Transactions . - Strong analytical, research, and writing skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously. - Demonstrated Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
