    We are hiring As an Automation Specialist, you'll spearhead the integration of automation tools like GoHighLevel and Low-Code/No-Code platforms to optimize our business processes. Leveraging your expertise in JavaScript, Python, and PHP, you'll design and implement efficient automation workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure seamless integration between systems using APIs. Your role will be pivotal in driving efficiency, innovation, and excellence across the organization. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement automated solutions using GoHighLevel and other relevant platforms to streamline business processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and requirements. • Utilize APIs to integrate different software systems and automate data exchange processes. • Design and implement workflows using Low-Code/No-Code platforms to automate repetitive tasks. • Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code in JavaScript, Python, and PHP. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation workflows and integrations. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to automation tools and platforms. • Provide technical support and training to internal teams on automation processes and tools. Education: • BSc. Computer Engineering / Computer Science / IT • Strong Knowledge of Application Programing Interfaces (APIs) Skills and Qualifications: • Proficiency in GoHighLevel and its features, with 5 years of hands-on experience. • Strong understanding of Low-Code/No-Code platforms like Zapier and Pabbly Connect. • Excellent programming skills in JavaScript, Python, and PHP. • Familiarity with APIs and their integration into various software systems. • Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality automation solutions. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with other automation tools and platforms. • Knowledge of database management systems. • Certification in relevant programming languages or automation tools. Your role will encompass Sales Support & Lead Follow-Up, Client Onboarding, Managing Client Requests & Concerns, Feedback and Reviews, Client Offboarding, Collaboration & Reporting, with a strong emphasis on maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support & Lead Follow-Up - Identify and qualify leads through various channels. - Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and support the sales process. - Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary support and information for lead conversion.
