We've gathered around this table to today and for real, we need to talk about those Team members that just can't make us proud of having them in our team. 🥲 Can you relate ? 😂

Startups prioritise differently than mature companies. Mature companies: "Will doing A have higher 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 than doing B?" Startups: "Is shipping a 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 version of A better than a quality one?" Neither approach is wrong. The focus in both cases is different. Mature companies focus on maximising impact. Startups focus on shipping fast, learning, and iterating. The real challenge isn’t just in shipping fast. Instead, it is in ensuring those quick iterations are actually valuable. Without proper measurement, you might be iterating fast but in the wrong direction. To combat this: 1. Set clear goals / success criteria for every iteration 2. Have metrics to measure goals 3. Log data to calculate the metrics 4. Use data to make concrete go/no-go decisions Speed is valuable, only if you're going in the right direction.
