Super proud of our team at Remote Gravity. Several months ago we engaged some #lenders to use the beta version of our #addressverification application. During that period, we worked closely with these lenders, rapidly iterating our application to fulfill their demands while at the same time keeping our agent service operational. Now that the beta program has concluded, I'm proud to share that we're 3/3 with converting these early users into actual sales. For one of the lenders, more than 20 of their staff members were actively using our app daily. Their average engagement time was 1hr 31m and overall user stickiness was 40%. For some perspective, the median stickiness rate for SaaS products is 9.3%.

Finding an address in an area you're unfamiliar with can be difficult. Thankfully there are people around to assist you in where you're going. One such group of people are the local Vulcanizers. While their main job is to inflate tires, these pro's are also knowledgeable of the area and can give pinpoint directions of how to find the street you're looking for. They're a group our agents use occasionally for #addressverification and one you should look out for next time you're lost. Just be ready to do some interpretation!
