The program is divided into two phases, the training phase and internship phase. During the rigorous 6-month training phase, participants immerse themselves in a comprehensive curriculum, learning digital skills such as software development, product design, data science and machine learning, agile product management and soft skill training. The program goes beyond theoretical knowledge, providing hands-on experience in technologies, programming languages, and industry best practices. Following this foundational training, participants are strategically organized into teams for a dynamic 3-month hands-on experience. This immersive phase empowers them to apply their acquired skills in real-life scenarios, fostering creativity, collaboration, and entre- preneurial thinking, to develop innovative tech solutions and tech-driven business solution.
