Having lived through the early wild-west days of the internet, it's such a joy to be living in this new age of AI innovation - with new interesting things appearing every day. I am passionate about connections in every shape or form. Connection within a team motivating each other, connection to a client figuring out what moves them, connection to technology; nostalgic or by talking to it through LLM's. In a world more connected and hard-working than ever, I think it's important to keep thinking how those connections bring joy. 𝟰) 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲? Keeping up to date with the movements in AI is essential as a manager and trainer here. Especially at the beginning, this was easily the biggest challenge, as working on a big project often leaves no time to keep investigating everything that is being released in the meantime. Now, I have found many ways to stay in the loop - and we always keep educating each other within AI Heroes as well. 𝟱) 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲? Growing and supporting the Creative Team has always been my biggest joy. When I started at AI Heroes, the 'Creative Team' was just me and Kyriakos. Now, just one year later, we have grown into a group of immensely talented and enthusiastic people. I cannot be more proud of them. 𝟲) 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗜? I have the feeling AI is capable of breaking down many of the technological (dark) patterns that we see everywhere around us right now. I think the 'dead web' theory is very true, but I also think this is a good thing. Over the last ±2 years I had the pleasure to work on all sorts of projects, both internal and external. It feels great to be a part of such a talented, motivated and interdisciplinary team like ours, which in turn also allows me to develop myself into becoming the best I can be. 𝟮) 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝟯 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀. Versatile, keen, forward-thinking 𝟯) 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁? I’m most passionate about enabling the rest of the team, so that they can stay focussed without unnecessary “hiccups”. 𝟰) 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲? Managing multiple projects at the same time is always a big challenge. Your focus is spread across teams, but on the other hand, it does lead to a diverse day, which is fun! 𝟱) 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲? I can only give credit to the entire team. My accomplishments = the team’s accomplishments. Delivering all the projects, as well as securing new ones, are each great accomplishments that were made possible by our team of heroes. 𝟲) 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗜? Bright and shiny! AI is an extremely versatile tool that can be used in literally every industry.
