As Mimi shares, "While technical debt is often seen as the primary hurdle in digital transformation, organizational debt presents a more complex, far-reaching challenge. The accumulation of outdated hierarchies, redundant processes, and cultural resistance undermines an organization’s ability to innovate and adapt. To achieve successful and sustainable transformation, organizations must address their organizational debt by realigning leadership, simplifying structures, fostering a culture of agility, and advocating continuous learning..."
