𝐊𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐠.

𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐲. 𝑨 𝒎𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒂𝒈𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒔𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒐𝒏𝒆 (𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒔 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒑𝒆𝒐𝒑𝒍𝒆) Years of hard work and dedication, focusing on building a career. But not so long ago, you experienced the loss of someone you loved dearly — 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞! Now, you find yourself surrounded by shades of gray, in an environment filled with hopelessness . 𝐓𝐨𝐨 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞? No! It's never too late to set things right. As long as there is life, there is hope. You've learned a valuable lesson—one you will carry with you and never forget. You will not make the same mistake again! Start by forgiving yourself. Then, find a way to communicate, to explain and admit the mistakes you've made along the way. 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐞. There is an open door waiting to reveal itself, but you must take the first step. This is not the time for hollow words without real action. Take this seriously! The situation is at a point where it can still rise, but if it falls further, the loss may be permanent. 𝑪𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒔𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒚.

𝐈𝐓'𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐌𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑. 🚗 There were once vacation days when we would literally ask, "LORD, what do you want us to do today?" 🐒 And at one of such days, He sent us to the "Apenheul," a park full of 30 species of monkeys, roaming freely. When we arrived, we saw a long line of people waiting in front of us. 🦽 But both of our eyes fell on an elderly couple—a man in a wheelchair, and his wife, walking with difficulty behind him. Instantly, we knew: "We were sent here for them." 🧑🦽 As soon as we passed through the gates, we saw the wife pushing the wheelchair along an almost impassable path full of holes and hills. We walked up to her and asked if we could help. Both replied in unison: "No, just enjoy these beautiful surroundings." Not even five minutes later, we met them again. This time, they were completely stuck—the wheelchair wheels had sunk deep into the sand. Yochanan calmly took over the wheelchair, while I took her by the arm, to continue walking together. We spent hours wandering around, enjoying the monkeys as they walked around us, swung through the trees, and sometimes cheekily rummaged through our bags in search of treats. At one point, the man said they wanted to treat us to have a lunch. And there, while enjoying a good meal, we were all able to testify to the greatness of our G-d. 🔆We shared how HE had sent us to the monkey park to serve them, and the man shared his own incredible story. He had been part of the resistance during the Second World War. One day, he had a list of resistance fighters’ names—those known to probably be the ones, planned to be arrested by the Germans. That list was in his jacket, hanging in a closet. Suddenly, there was a loud knock at the door. The Germans had come to search their house. They turned the place upside down. Even the closet didn’t escape the grabbing hands looking for that list of names. But G-d was there! Every coat, suit, shirt, and pair of trousers was inspected, yet one jacket remained untouched—the jacket containing the names. They simply did not see it hanging. During lunch, we testified together about our great, living G-d. We shared how we may believe, trust, and obey Him. What a day we had with this couple, and how deeply we saw HIS hand move. 👑This story is just one of many we have experienced in our years together. But today G-d reminded me that back then, we weren’t searching for BIG things, we were simply dependent on our BIG G-d. And HE let me know that it was, and still is, precisely THAT ATTITUDE that compels HIM to SHOW HIS GREATNESS. Today isn’t about striving for success (as I reflected in my previous post). Instead, it’s about being content with who we are and where we are. It’s about remembering that the "little things" still matter. When Yochanan and I dive into our memories, we find a treasure trove of such stories. In seemingly small steps of obedience, we witness HOW HIS LIGHT starts shining in the lives of others.

💡 When I opened LinkedIn this morning, I felt the drive of the day—the push for more, higher goals, excellence, and over-the-top success stories. Then it struck me: not every day is about feeling invincible. 🫅Some days, just showing up is an act of courage. Today, I’m embracing the power of authenticity—a reminder that it’s okay to not always be okay. Here’s to the small steps that keep us moving forward and the strength we uncover when we allow ourselves to simply be. 🫅 Just as dry land needs water and dry bones can live again, as we read in HIS Word, HE breathes new life into us when we feel weary. Success is a worthy goal, but if it’s the only goal, we risk overlooking the blessings that are right under our noses while searching far away. 👑 Be yourself and never forget sometimes the smallest things, often overlooked, carry the greatest blessings. When we take time to pause, rest, enjoy the moment, and embrace who we are—unique, special, and wonderfully authentic—we find the beauty in simply being. Shine your light and give your best, not by striving to be more, but simply by being who you already are. 💡 𝐋𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐮𝐥, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬, 𝐚𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟, 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰.
