Hosted by TULiPPS BV and 𝗕𝗜𝗣𝗩 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗕𝗩, this three-day event allowed us to showcase our progress and outline future plans. A key highlight was visiting two of the #MASSIPV demonstration sites. We’re excited to share a timelapse video of the installation of the solar facades at De Haan Group. This project showcases how solar panels can seamlessly blend energy generation with beautiful design. At De Haan Group, we are especially proud of these new solar facades, which are mounted on existing sandwich panel facades. These sandwich panels were not originally designed to support the weight of solar panels, but thanks to our innovative solution, this is now possible. Why consider a solar facade?  1) Generate more sustainable energy where it’s consumed – making optimal use of available space on facades. 2) Recover renovation costs through energy output – the facade not only upgrades the building but also pays for itself. 3) More energy when it's most needed – solar facades produce more power during critical times (morning, evening, and colder months). The facades continues to perform great, providing both sustainability and aesthetic appeal. A big thank you to all the partners involved in making this innovative project a reality! We are pleased to announce our partnership with Balkan Architect to launch YouTube tutorials for helping architects to incorporate BIPV facades into newbuild and renovation projects utilizing BIPV.world. Another goal of our cooperation is to showcase BIPV examples and share BIPV knowledge. We are excited to announce a new collaboration between BIPV.world and Balkan Architect, online platform specialised software education for architects and designers. Together, we have developed a YouTube tutorial to guide users through the functions and features of the BIPV.world platform.   This tutorial, presented by Balkan Architect on their YouTube channel, offers a step-by-step guide to help users maximise their experience with BIPV.world. The video covers everything from basic navigation to advanced features, making it easier than ever for users to get started and fully explore the platform’s capabilities.   In addition to helping users navigate the BIPV.world platform, this video and future tutorials aim to spread knowledge about Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV). Through educational content, we strive to equip architects, designers, and builders the tools and insights needed to seamlessly integrate photovoltaic facade systems into their projects, achieving First-Time-Right results.   By partnering with Balkan Architect, known for their educational content in Revit and architecture, we aim to reach a broad audience and enhance the BIPV.world user experience. Solar facades increase the energy generation capacity and widen the generation profile of buildings, but used to be difficult to implement and therefore resulted in relatively high costs compared to roof mounted systems. BIPV Projects is proud to present our latest Click&Go solar facade technology for framed solar panels and high-rise buildings, now available for real estate owners and the building industry in general. A great example is our latest solar facade project at De Haan Group in Waalwijk. A project designed in collaboration with Sweco Architects, formerly VAN AKEN, part of Sweco and supported by the BIPV.world platform. The Click&Go system enables safe and fast installation resulting in a new milestone for the industry: a combination of low costs and great aesthetics arising from innovative invisible mounting of solar panels. This BIPV system fits on any facade, even for facades with limited load bearing capacity such a sandwich panels. This project marks an important step in the integration of sustainable energy solutions in the commercial sector. BIPV Projects realiseert opnieuw een van de grootste zonnegevelprojecten van Nederland bij De Haan Group in Waalwijk. Met een imposante totale oppervlakte van 1.155 m² aan zonnepanelen op de oost- en westgevel, zet dit project een nieuwe standaard voor de bouw- en installatiesector, met het oog op esthetiek, constructietechniek, eenvoud, snelheid van montage én aantrekkelijke kosten. Dankzij het Click&Go montagesysteem van TULiPPS BV hebben we een esthetisch aantrekkelijke oplossing gerealiseerd voor bestaande sandwichpanelen gevels die er niet op gemaakt zijn om het gewicht van zonnepanelen te dragen. Dit project onderstreept onze leidende positie in het efficiënt en snel leveren van turnkey zonnegevels, de beste financiële keuze dankzij snelle terugverdientijden.
