As you know, Central Park likes to be on top of sustainability (pun intended). Our solar panels on the roof are just the tip of the iceberg; we have a lot more features. And that's why we're very proud of our BREEAM in use excellent certificate. Do you know what Breeam stands for? Three things to know about BREEAM: ✅ BREEAM stands for Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method;  ✅ BREEAM-NL has been the certification method for a sustainable built environment since 2009;  ✅BREEAM is used in more than 80 countries worldwide.

We dare to say it: Central Park is the most centrally located office building in the Netherlands, hence the name: 🚅 It's only a two minute walk to Utrecht Centraal, the largest public transport hub in the Netherlands; 🚌 The bus terminal is 100 meters away; 🚲 Our bicycle storage near the parking garage is the best dry and safe place for your two-wheeler. This makes accessibility a quality of Central Park. Eventually, everyone will find its way to Central Park - we dare to say it 😉

Utrecht, you know what time it is: it's Parade time! From today till 26 August, de Parade settles in the beautiful Moreelsepark. During de Parade, around 80 different theater, dance, mime, and music performances are presented for audiences of all ages in theater tents. Each performance has an average duration of 30 minutes, allowing you to easily enjoy two, three, or even four shows in one evening. Gather your co-workers, you'll know that to do!

Let the sun play No need to tell you that the sun is the main source of energy for life on Earth. But we do need to tell you something about our sunlight windows... Did you know that our building is built in such a way that it has optimal sunlight inside? On the south and west side of Central Park, the windows are smaller so that you'll have less intense sunlight. On the north and east side, the architecture provides optimal sunlight.
