Vorige maand is de Wet leeruitkomsten hoger onderwijs formeel goedgekeurd. 🎓 Hiermee kunnen deeltijd en duale studenten voortaan sterk gepersonaliseerde leerroutes doorlopen. Dit is een enorme stap vooruit in de student journey, maar administratief ook een flinke klus voor hogescholen. Gelukkig weten we bij Docfield precies wat er op je af komt. Veel mensen kennen ons van de Onderwijs- en Examenregeling (OER), maar ons platform wordt al jarenlang veel breder ingezet binnen het onderwijs. Onze journey als bedrijf is begonnen met het digitaliseren van het complexe OER-proces, al is onze doelstelling altijd groter geweest. Tim Stuart is gestart met Docfield omdat het proces om documenten te creëren sinds de tijd van de typemachine niet radicaal is vernieuwd. Het is onze missie om documentcreatie aan te passen op de technologische mogelijkheden en we zijn dan ook blij als klanten onze software breed inzetten. Enkele voorbeelden van documenttypen die onze klanten in Docfield beheren zijn: Tilburg University - regels & richtlijnen Nyenrode Business University - scriptierichtlijnen HAN University of Applied Sciences - volledige contractenarchief Veel van onze klanten gebruiken Docfield ook al langere tijd voor de Onderwijsovereenkomst, nu bekend als het studieplan. We're happy to announce that from September 1st, Adriaan Hoogduijn has joined Docfield as our Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, he will focus on further growth of the company and step in as one of the investors. Docfield was founded five years ago with the aim of streamlining contract management as well as drafting complex, multi-stakeholder documents. Our application allows organisations to create, manage, negotiate and sign contracts in a single platform. Adriaan Hoogduijn's mission is not only to continue growth in the Netherlands, but also to support our international expansion in which he has a strong track record. We zijn blij dat Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences de samenwerking met Docfield heeft verlengd. 🎉 De hogeschool gebruikt onze software voor het opstellen en managen van een aantal van hun belangrijkste beleidsdocumenten zoals de Onderwijs- en Examenregeling (OER). De Onderwijs- en Examenregeling (OER) is een wettelijk verplicht document waarin de belangrijkste punten en afspraken van een onderwijsprogramma zijn opgenomen. Bij het opstellen hiervan zijn veel stakeholders betrokken, variërend van juristen tot onderwijspersoneel. Traditioneel wordt dit stuk opgesteld in Word, afgestemd via overleggen, uitgewisseld via e-mail en vervolgens gepubliceerd. Op deze manier kost het opstellen van een OER-document een onderwijsinstelling zo’n 120 uur. Iedere opleiding moet wettelijk gezien beschikken over een eigen OER en de Hogeschool Rotterdam heeft maar liefst 79 opleidingen 👀 Met Docfield doorloopt de Hogeschool Rotterdam het jaarlijkse OER-proces zeker twee keer zo snel en dat scheelt hen bijna vijf volle FTE’s in tijdbesteding. Saxion gaat onze contract management software inzetten voor het opstellen en managen van een aantal van hun belangrijkste beleidsdocumenten zoals de Onderwijs- en Examenregeling (OER). The start of the academic year is always a thrilling time for Docfield. It’s the moment where our software makes the biggest difference for our customers in the education industry. Did you know: 🎓 1000+ education and examination regulations (EER) have been created in Docfield for this academic year? This applies to secondary vocational education (MBO), higher professional education (HBO) and universities (WO). 🕐 With our software, we save an average of 100 hours per EER. This means that we have enabled our customers to invest 100,000 hours back into education. We are proud to enable educational institutions to reduce their administrative burdens and invest precious time back into education. One of our customers is HAN University of Applied Sciences. We enabled HAN to simplify and standardise their EER process with our comprehensive contract management platform.
