Dream and Gispen Presikhaaf Schoolmeubelen have agreed on a long-term renewal of the property at Bruningweg 10, Arnhem. Gispen Presikhaaf Schoolmeubelen renewed approx. 19,105m² of industrial and office space where a long corporate history has been written, manufacturing school furniture at this site for decades. Dream has invested significantly in this asset in recent years and will continue to do so in the future. No less than 2,136 solar panels have been installed on the leased property, generating approx. 1 megawatt per year. This is equivalent to the energy consumption of around 625 households. Dream Advisors is part of the Toronto-listed Dream Industrial REIT (DIR) with a portfolio of logistics and industrial assets with a combined area of approximately 6.5 mln sqm, spread across Canada, the US and Europe. Gispen Presikhaaf Schoolmeubelen huurt circa 19.105 m² bedrijfs- en kantoorruimte en kent al een lange historie met het complex waarin Gispen Presikhaaf Schoolmeubelen al tientallen jaren onder andere schoolmeubelen vervaardigt. Verhuurder, Dream heeft in de afgelopen jaren aanzienlijk geïnvesteerd in het object en zal dit ook in de toekomst blijven doen. Zo zijn er op het gehuurde 2.136 zonnepanelen gerealiseerd die gezamenlijk circa 1 megawatt per jaar opwekken. Dit staat gelijk aan het energieverbruik van circa 625 huishoudens. Dream Advisors is onderdeel van het in Toronto genoteerde Dream Industrial REIT (DIR) met een portfolio van logistieke en industriële assets met een gezamenlijk oppervlak van circa 6,5 mln. m², verspreid over Canada, de Verenigde Staten en Europa. Huurder Gispen Presikhaaf Schoolmeubelen werd bij deze transactie bijgestaan door EPAC Property Counselors BV.
