Euronext strengthens its support for listed companies with a global shareholder analysis of CAC 40® and SBF 120® from 2012 to 2023. Euronext is delighted to announce that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Visma to acquire 100% of Admincontrol , the leading provider of #governance and secure collaboration Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions in the Nordics and in the UK. As part of its #InnovateForGrowth2027 strategic plan, #Euronext has outlined its ambition to expand its #SaaS offering and grow its share of subscription-based revenues. This proposed acquisition of Admincontrol significantly accelerates this strategic goal, strengthening Euronext Corporate Solutions’ presence in both the Nordics and the UK, more than doubling the size of its governance offering, and enhancing its capabilities with state-of-the-art solutions for mission-critical workflows.
