Some highlights from our week:   1️⃣ B2B Payments Opportunity – Charlotte Al Usta (Principal, Flagship Advisory Partners) presented key insights on the massive B2B opportunity and joined a panel discussion with industry leaders, including Flavia Alzetta, Abhishek Abhishek, Rob Lincolne, and Eric-Jan Krausch.   2️⃣ Podcast Recording – Charlotte Al Usta sat down with Eric-Jan Krausch to dive deeper into B2B pain points and emerging opportunities.   3️⃣ The Evolution of POS – Yuriy Kostenko (Partner, Flagship Advisory Partners) shared insights on the shifting POS landscape, covering the rise of Android, the growing importance of loyalty and VAS, and the increasing convergence of POS and e-commerce. He also joined a panel discussion on the same topic alongside Aravinda Korala, Omar Ebeid, and Masha Cilliers.   4️⃣ Fintech M&A Landscape – Anupam Majumdar (Partner, Flagship Advisory Partners) provided an overview of the evolving M&A environment, where cautious optimism is returning after a volatile 2023–2024. He discussed key trends with Kevin Sullivan, Aadit Gandhi, and Tom C. Schapira, highlighting how high interest rates continue to drive investor selectivity. Profitability remains the top priority, but if rates ease, we anticipate a pickup in M&A activity by Q3 2025, particularly in high-growth areas like vertical SaaS, embedded finance, and B2B payments.   5️⃣ Networking & Collaboration – We co-hosted an excellent drinks reception with Payplug (Jonathan Lesieur, Nicolas Devillard) and Lemonway (Florian Schichl.
