Er is een nieuw project gelanceerd: CamCraft! Dit project richt zich op het omzetten van schroot in poeder dat geschikt is voor Additive Manufacturing (AM), met name voor Powder Bed Fusion (PBF) technologie. Het consortium bestaat uit K3D B.V., Hankamp Gears B.V. en het FIP-AM@UT, en samen onderzoeken ze de haalbaarheid van dit proces. Het doel van CamCraft is te bepalen of gerecycled metaalpoeder effectief gebruikt kan worden om onderdelen te produceren die geen hoge precisie vereisen.
