Aerospace-X flies at full speed ✈ The first on-site workshop of the Aerospace-X research project after the kick-off took place in Berlin this week. The entire team had two exciting days full of brainstorming and conceptual work. It was an important meeting, also in order to clearly define the next steps in the end-to-end quality management work package, which is coordinated by gemineers. Many thanks to Airbus for the great organization, including some fun icebreaker games! Bringing the team together like no other! Also many thanks to the Fraunhofer IPK for hosting the event and to all participants. Looking forward to the next working session! The goal of Aerospace-X is to enhance the competitiveness, resilience, and sustainability of supply chains in the German, European, and, ultimately, the global aviation industry, based on an open and collaborative data ecosystem. The consortium, under the coordination of Airbus, comprises high-class OEM and Tier-n manufacturing companies, digital solution providers, and research institutions from the aerospace sector.
