We've recently had the privilege of visiting the Occupational Therapy Workshop from Mokrzeszów, near Świdnica, which our company has been supporting for over 15 years. Led by a strong and dynamic leader, the workshop fosters growth, creativity, and camaraderie. The dedication shown by each group leader and participant is truly inspiring. Each group in the workshop focuses on developing a unique set of skills, and we were amazed by the diverse projects taking shape: woodworking, glasswork, bead artistry, clay sculpting, floral arrangements, crochet. Good things happen when people come together with a shared commitment to growth and healing. Over these past 15+ years, our support for the Occupational Therapy Workshop has shown us that when individuals are empowered with the right tools and care, they can overcome challenges, rebuild their lives, and discover new possibilities. The impact of occupational therapy extends far beyond physical rehabilitation; it nurtures independence, fosters confidence, and creates communities where everyone is valued. By working together, we continue to build a space where transformation is not just possible, but expected - and that’s when truly good things happen. At the beginning of October, we hosted a valuable training and presentation series at our facility in Swidnica focused on "Safe Work at Heights," covering the proper selection and use of equipment for working at elevated levels. The training was delivered by 3M, with their Demovan providing hands-on demonstrations. Our team, including production workers (welders, fitters, painters), quality inspectors, maintenance staff, internal transport workers, and foremen, actively participated, enhancing their knowledge and skills in this critical area of safety. #SafetyFirst #WorkAtHeights #EmployeeTraining #3M
