“Problems” we hear regularly in calls with new members: 👩💼 “I think I’m different from other CEOs and entrepreneurs because I constantly need to be reminded of my deadlines and tasks.” ✅ Actually, we hear this a lot. When you have so many things to do and a lot of people are relying on you it’s totally normal that you need assistance in this! 👩💼 “I have to answer every email right away and I have to be available all the time.” ✅ No you don’t, you just need someone to scan and prepare your inbox for you and you need to block a certain time in your agenda for when you are going to answer important emails. Letting go is something you need to learn but it will benefit you in the end. 👩💼 “I’m a pleaser or I just get really excited about new ideas and I want to say YES to everyone but then I lose track of the actions I have to fulfill”. ✅ We totally get that and so do our EA’s. For them it’s normal to remind you of certain deadlines, actions you need to take and they can help you to fulfill your duties. 👩💼 “I’m traveling a lot so I need someone to support me even when I’m not available constantly”. ✅ Say no more! We support more than 100 CEOs and entrepreneurs within Europe and even a few in the USA. We do work from the EA time-zone, so when they wake up the tasks have literally been done for them while they were sleeping. 👩💼 “What about privacy and GDPR?” How do you secure my data when I’m working with an Executive Assistant?" ✅ We use a password manager, 1password, where we save your details. If your dedicated EA is on holiday or sick leave, a secondary EA needs to request access to this vault.
