📢 Exciting news! The article “The Unified Patent Court – A case law overview II” by Klaus Haft, Sabine Agé and Giulia-Isabella Otten has been published in the current issue of GRUR Patent. Within the first quarter of the second year of the Unified Patent Court, another 100 orders and decisions of the Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal have been published on questions of procedural law, but also on substantive law, and continue to provide essential guidance for their users.
