Currently a Private Equity Associate at Neuberger Berman in London, she has been with the firm for over two years, previously serving as a Senior Analyst, working on primaries and co-investments. Last Tuesday, we hosted an inspiring C-level dinner in Sweden, where we explored and learned about how everything we do can contribute value to both people and the planet 🌍 . Our speaker, Sofia Lindelöw from Norrsken, shared her journey and also highlighted the power of being a generalist: “Being a generalist is also a choice. You don’t have to be a specialist.” She highlighted how gathering broad experience has allowed her to thrive: “Now I know what questions to ask, and when you know that, you’re kind of sorted.” Sofia encouraged us to seize every opportunity to grow, reminding us of the importance of balancing personal energy: "Buffer when you can—being at 100% all the time isn't sustainable given life will demand 120% from you from time to time." The conversation focused on integrity in business decisions and finding solution-oriented approaches to sustainability.
