Not enough women reflect diverse faces and backgrounds. Not enough women, men and non-binary people working together for a better way forward. “This is the status quo for many businesses despite decades of evidence showing that more women and greater diversity in leadership drives business innovation, growth and success.”, says Helen Tubb (she/her), who has more than 30 years experience in senior roles, and did groundbreaking research for INSEAD on the subject, including interviews with executives in digital and technology.   She emphasizes that the Netherlands has one of the lowest shares of women working in STEM fields in Western Europe and many Dutch companies in this area are only just starting to develop their DEI policies and strategies. “This presents a big opportunity for companies.
