Happy Neurodiversity Celebration Week! This week, we challenge misconceptions and celebrate the incredible strengths #neurodivergent individuals bring to workplaces. 🔹 Research shows that when supported, neurodivergent employees can be 30% more productive—yet only 10% of companies have neuro-inclusive policies. 🔹 Neurodivergent women face unique challenges, often masking their identity to fit in. 79% report burnout due to sensory overload, rigid environments, and lack of support. So how can we create more neuro-inclusive environments for all genders to thrive? Our top tip for #DoingNotTrying this week, is to deepen your understanding of #neurodiversity. 💡 LEAD Network Partner members can explore resources in the DEI Library: https://lnkd.in/eMrdxJg9 💡 If your company has a dedicated ERG, why not check in with them to learn more about neurodiversity within your own organisation? 💡 Or head over to the #NeurodiversityWeek website for more information, stories and resources: https://lnkd.in/gsFxXzWf Not a member of LEAD Network Europe yet? In celebration of International Women’s Day, Claude Sarrailh, CEO of Ahold Delhaize Europe & Indonesia, has reaffirmed his commitment to gender equity by signing the CEO Gender Equity Pledge. This step follows the leadership of Frans Muller, President and CEO of Ahold Delhaize, who first took the pledge in 2017 and has recently renewed it for the third time—demonstrating his ongoing dedication to fostering diverse, inclusive and fair workplaces. Claude stated: “I’m proud to sign the LEAD Network CEO Pledge on behalf of our European brands, to show our dedication to advancing gender equity and fostering inclusion. We are better together, and we can create a future where everyone has equitable opportunities to lead, contribute, and thrive in CPG and retail industries.” This pledge is more than just words; it sets a clear and ambitious target—to increase the LEAD Network Europe Gender Diversity Scorecard from 37% to 42% by 2027 in the #cpg and #retail industry. The 2025 edition of the scorecard was launched on March 3rd, and we expect participants to actively support this ambitious target. With over 50 industry leaders already committed, we invite CEOs from both LEAD Network Partner companies and non-partner companies to join us in advancing gender equity across the industry.
