That is what you call bad luck! Remember my post of 2 weeks ago of a crane on a ship hitting another crane in Keelung Port in Taiwan? That same ship, named Yu Zhou Qi Hang, came in problems again because of bad weather. Not only the cranes are damaged this time but the ship as well. Luckily the Taiwanese coastguard was able to evacuate the crew safely.
