    Job Title: Technical Operations Manager ⚙️ Location: South East England We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Operations Manager (T.O.M) to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our Service Department, meeting agreed-upon quality, delivery, and cost targets. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the T.O.M will have a strategic mindset and exceptional leadership capabilities, ensuring operational excellence within the department. Key Responsibilities: Operations - Establish and maintain effective factory, workshop, and warehouse operations to meet quality and cost targets, ensuring KPI achievement as defined by the Managing Director. Team Management - Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment while providing guidance, leadership, and training to drive operational success and enhance team performance. Customer Service - Oversee all offsite service work, including customer quotations, negotiations, and reporting. Address and resolve customer issues, managing conflict resolution to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Compliance - Ensure adherence to relevant UK legislation and company QHSE (Quality, Health & Safety, and Environment) standards.
