Here’s a glimpse into Cagla’s personal reflections on her time with us: "Reflecting on my journey at NMQ Digital, which started in 2009, I'm filled with gratitude. We began with a small team of four eager and uncertain about the path ahead. We did everything ourselves – from setting up our chairs to answering phones with a cheerful "Hello, this is…", where I also took charge of the IT tasks with my tech background. One vivid memory is standing with my three colleagues at Amsterdam Central Station, on our way to our first training for our first customer, Philips. We said we’d celebrate big when we reached 20 people. Back then, the idea of reaching a team of 20 seemed like a distant dream. Looking back, it's incredible to see how far we've come – from those initial 4 individuals to a global team of over 300 across 6 locations! As I reflect on these past 15 years, I've dived into every dimension of Digital Marketing. Today, as a Client Success Manager, I'm thrilled to leverage my extensive knowledge to enhance our customer experience. Identifying pain points and presenting solutions has become a passion of mine.
