The custom ceiling system at the Town Hall was specifically crafted to enhance the acoustics of a versatile space in the center of a corporate campus. Collaborating with Custom Solutions as design advisors, NOWN was responsible for producing and delivering the final result. The angled panels, constructed from NOWN's SoftSound® material supported by steel, were inspired by the varied and fragmented layers of the earth. Each panel serves to either reflect or absorb the diverse acoustic qualities of the area, while also incorporating overhead airflow filters, lighting, and sprinklers seamlessly into the installation.
