Como consultor ERP, serás responsable de implementar, configurar y dar soporte a los sistemas ERP para nuestros clientes. Trabajarás estrechamente con ellos para entender sus procesos de negocio y requisitos, y proporcionarás asesoramiento especializado para optimizar sus soluciones ERP. Funciones Principales: • Realizar análisis de necesidades y recopilar requisitos de los clientes. • Diseño y configuración de sistemas ERP para satisfacer las especificaciones de los clientes. • Brindar capacitación y soporte a los usuarios finales. • Resolver problemas relacionados con los sistemas ERP. • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para garantizar la correcta ejecución del proyecto. Cualificaciones esperadas: • Grado en Informática, Tecnologías de la Información, Finanzas o en un campo relacionado. • Experiencia en implementación y soporte de INFOR LN ERP. • Sólida comprensión de procesos de negocio y sistemas ERP. • Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas. • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trato interpersonal. • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo. • Dominio fluido del español e inglés, tanto oral como escrito.
