🚢 1200 vessels serviced. 🚢 The first vessel to use the LEEF. 🚢 The first vessel servicing the Sofia Offshore Converter Platform. 🚢 The first decommissioning vessel. Since January 2019, we are delighted to have worked in partnership with Associated British Ports at the Port of Lowestoft on a series of 'firsts' across the energy spectrum which showcase the potential of the region for servicing clients in the Southern North Sea. #LowestoftEasternEnergyFacility #LEEF #Lowestoft #energylogistics #renewables #decommissioning #oilandgas

What a fantastic video and great to see some of our work in action, successfully transporting the PosHYdon hydrogen electrolyser which will produce green hydrogen offshore for the first time on an operational platform. PosHYdon will integrate three energy systems in the North Sea – offshore wind, offshore gas, and offshore hydrogen – at ENI’s Q13a-A platform. This production platform is the first fully electrified platform in the Dutch North Sea. We collected the electrolyser from its onshore test base InVesta Alkmaar and transported it by road to our supply base at the Port of Den Helder The Netherlands. From there, the electrolyser was shipped to Eni Q13a-A platform, located 13 kilometres off the coast. Mark Hol, Head of Commercial Netherlands: “This is a high-profile, innovative project for the energy industry, and we are delighted to play a critical role in its delivery. Our trusted, integrated energy logistics services ensured that we could manage and execute the entire process from collection in Alkmaar to delivery onboard Platform Q13a-A.” The PosHYdon project will use electricity generated by offshore wind turbines to power the hydrogen plant. #PosHYdon #energylogistics #hydrogen #electrolyser #innovation #transportation
𝗛𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲! – 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗛𝗬𝗱𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘂𝗺 🏗️🚢 𝙁𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙊𝙣𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙚 We’re excited to announce that the equipment, including electrolyser, for the PosHYdon project has successfully moved from its onshore testing location InVesta Alkmaar to the Q13a-A platform, 13km offshore Scheveningen. ✅ 𝙎𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙊𝙣𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙏𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙙! This milestone also marks the completion of a successful onshore testing phase, thanks to the collaboration of all 15 consortium partners. For the first time all components were integrated. This crucial step helps avoid costly challenges during offshore execution. 🌊 𝙉𝙚𝙭𝙩 𝙋𝙝𝙖𝙨𝙚: 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙏𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 Now on the Q13a-A offshore platform, the electrolyser faces challenging offshore conditions like saltwater, and severe weather conditions. We aim to test whether hydrogen production from fluctuating offshore wind power—whether in strong or weak winds—can operate effectively. Observing how the system responds to these fluctuations will be key to ensuring success under varying conditions. 🚀 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙀𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙮 Large-scale offshore hydrogen production is within reach by 2030-2035. With 15 consortium partners working together, we’re gathering crucial insights to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness for future hydrogen installations. 💡💪 💚💙 #PosHYdon #Collaboration #Hydrogen #EnergyTransition #OffshoreHydrogen #OffshoreEnergy #SustainableFuture #RenewableEnergy #Teamwork #HydrogenPower #Innovation TNO, Nexstep - National Platform for Re-use & Decommissioning, Eni, Gasunie, Eneco, DEME Offshore NL, Nogat B.V., NGT B.V. We are delighted to have made a donation to UCAN Charity to support its fundraising endeavours to develop a Rapid Diagnostic Centre (RDC) at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary (ARI). Sarah Moore: “Urological cancers are far too common, and we are pleased to be able to contribute towards UCAN’s ambitions for this centre which will undoubtedly save lives.” James N'Dow OBE DL: "UCAN is absolutely delighted to have the support of Peterson Energy Logistics. There has been a huge increase in the number of people referred with a suspected urological cancer in the past five years and the current diagnostic service provision is no longer fit for purpose. The support of Peterson Energy Logistics goes a long way to helping us make our plans for the RDC a reality for patients and their families." The RDC will speed up the investigation and diagnostic process for those with suspected urological cancer. One in five men are diagnosed with urological cancer, with one in three diagnosed too late for lifesaving treatment. Patients are three times more likely to be cured if the cancer is caught earlier.

Our Chief Executive Sarah Moore spoke at the #OEUKConf24 earlier this week about how attracting, retaining, and empowering the right people with adaptable and resilient skills is vital as we progress through the energy transition. We were delighted to sit on an expert panel and offer our insight, from the perspective of a supply chain company, on the event's themes of security, sustainability, and skills and how these intertwine to fuel the success of our business today and tomorrow.
