Ivo has worked 28 years at ASM and has been in the semiconductor industry for 40 years, and CTO for 22 years. He has always loved driving innovation, connecting hardware and process and working with a team of enthusiastic engineers. Over time he had over 50 technical publications and was an inventor on over 175 granted patents. He is highly experienced in the world of thin film deposition, manufacturing equipment, chemistry, materials science and plasma physics, strategic R&D management, intellectual property, business strategy development.  Ivo is going to support us in accelerating the commercialisation and global introduction of Powall’s unique scalable production technology based on #ALD, enhancing #powders of #cathode and #anode active materials for Li-ion batteries. Applying these #nanocoatings at scale enhances performance for today's as well as future generation materials. Let’s empowder progress together.
