What is the importance of a leader's role in the recruitment process? 🤔 From the strategic side, which involves understanding what we want to achieve and identifying the positions through which a professional can contribute, to communication and active listening throughout the process, our RentieLeaders are key players in talent acquisition. With this in mind, and considering how to further develop them to create profiles and conduct interviews that are 100% aligned with our values and culture, today (15th) we held a Rentclass! This session, where a Rentie shares their expertise on a topic they excel in, was part of our 2024 Leadership Development Program. The class was led by our HR Consultant Beatriz, who gathered directors, managers, coordinators, and supervisors to discuss the topic at the Arena.
