Empowered by Knowledge Whenever Resato Waterjet Technology sell and install new machines, training is given to the personnel who have to operate, maintain, and provide the newly acquired machine with properly prepared tasks. Last week, a similar training day was given to some (new) employees. We think it is important that our customers get the most out of their machines. But we find it just as important that our staff gain similar knowledge, whether you are an assembly technician, engineer, service manager, or junior service technician. Taking such a training course together is very positive for team spirit, but above all, it increases the knowledge of our employees. Create magic with water. Together.

In April, Resato Waterjet Technology opened its doors for 'girlsday', an initiative by Wij Techniek to motivate young girls to choose a technical education. Of course, we also showed the Resato ACM cutting machine. Every girl received a nice present: a desk holder for their mobile phone. Specially designed for this day and cut during their visit. How handy is that during video calls, TikTok or Snapchat. This one is made of 10mm aluminium, but it can be cut from wood, stone, ceramics, glass, or bamboo, among others. Create magic with water. Not possible, the light curtain secures the machine completely from access. Why isn't it feasible to shield the direct danger zone only? There is a mode! Waterjet cutting systems from Resato are equipped with a flexible access protection. The moving FlexZone© allows access to the machine at any time. POWER, CONTROL AND PROCESS Sometimes our field service engineers need to catch up their 2,5D cutting knowledge. In the end, an impressive puzzle was created from 6 pieces of Aluminum, equally cut. The making of the puzzle created lots of joy, ánd knowledge. The puzzling afterwards gave some of the colleagues a headache... WHO IS THE RIGHT QA AUDITOR FOR US?   To replace our current certified QA system, Resato Waterjet Technology has designed its own, lean QA system that perfectly fits our needs. The backbone is a composition of work process flow diagrams that work with a clear input and desired output. Every colleague has the right and duty to audit. We wish to keep it that way and we are curious to know which experienced auditor can properly assess this super lean system and, above all, keep it lean. We engineered the system mainly for ourselves but are considering ISO 9001 certification. Please contact us if you understand what we need and why.
