🚀 Our Alumn revyve is ready for the next big steps! 📢 On Tuesday, Revyve proudly inaugurated their new pilot plant at the Inincio Pilot Plant facility of Royal Cosun. This state-of-the-art facility will enable the production of 300 tons of yeast protein per year, marking a significant milestone in the revolution of texture for plant-based foods. 🗣️The grand opening featured an inspiring speech by Frank Holleman, founder of Fork Ranger, who highlighted the crucial role of plant-based foods in our diets. He showed their impact on both personal & institutional levels and the role Revyve can play in this. 😋 No foodtech celebration would be complete without a culinary showcase! Their innovative approach involves leveraging pheromones to disrupt insect mating patterns, offering a green alternative to traditional chemical pesticides. 🌍 Based in Scotland, Solasta Bio is pioneering the use of peptide-based biocontrols, which represent a groundbreaking approach in the field of agritech.
