A new journey for SystematIC begins: Satori Electric CO. LTD acquires MAGnetIC Holding B.V. and SystematIC design B.V. On February 19th 2024, Satori Electric Co. Ltd. (“Satori”, Tokyo, 7420:TYO) and the shareholders of MAGnetIC Holding B.V. (“MAGnetIC”) have reached an agreement on the purchase of a majority share position by Satori that includes SystematIC design B.V. (“SystematIC”). Richard Visee, SystematIC’s CEO, says: “Satori’s customer base and global presence combined with our technology will take our customer propositions and customer support to a next level.” In this transaction Satori will acquire all shares in MAGnetIC currently held by the Zeeuws Investeringsfonds B.V.. The transaction is subject to the approval of the governmental authorities in the Netherlands.
