We value knowledge sharing in and outside Systematic 👩💻 At Systematic, we believe knowledge sharing makes us stronger and helps us work smarter. That’s why Systemates Gauri Varma Heise, Alexander Mørch Lavendt, and Christina Zakrisson, started an internal knowledge network for product management. Its goal? To foster collaboration and share insights. "We have a large set of people working with product management - with different products and domains. They can benefit from cross-pollination. We have already seen the value of this in other areas such as development, testing, and UX,” says Alexander Mørch Lavendt, Business Analyst in Defence. This network connects 25 colleagues in roles working with product management, focusing on learning from our different business units and driving innovation. Together, we never stop developing. #neverstopdeveloping

Improving patient care is essential – but we’re here for families, too. Healthcare is a cornerstone of our work, and our software supports thousands of hospital and care staff in countries all around. However, behind every patient is a family going through a tough time as well. One way we can acknowledge that is through our support of trygfondends Family House, a home for families in Denmark with severely ill children. The Family House offers a vital space for families who would otherwise be separated for long periods, while the child is admitted, sick, and receiving treatment. “We’re grateful for our financial accomplishments, because they allow us to give back and support the communities where we work and live. It is deeply meaningful to help TrygFonden’s Family House lift such an important task,” says our founder and chair, Michael Holm. Success is most meaningful when shared. If you are curious about how we put that into practice, here’s a list of other causes we’ve supported this past year: 👉https://hubs.ly/Q032Q3C50 Want to learn more about the amazing work TrygFonden’s Family House is doing? We’re thrilled to announce that Systematic has re-won the contract for Denmark’s national library system. This marks a new chapter in the Cicero library solution’s story. 📖 Since 2015, Cicero has been the backbone of Denmark’s public and school libraries, and this new agreement ensures we can continue to innovate and support the country’s unique, fully integrated library model until 2038. 50,000 photos of a motorway. 8,000 planes in international airspace – unmanageable data pool or valuable ally? That depends - do you have AI tools on your team? “On a modern battlefield, time is a huge factor. Time and data. But data is only valuable if it can be systematised. Certain AI technologies can even be trained to recognise patterns of behaviour for specific data, e.g. ships. If a fishing boat or frigate starts behaving differently than you would expect, military command centres are immediately notified,” explains former Brigadier General Henrik Sommer, who now directs Systematic’s development of military systems for decision support. To properly use all the data flying around, we have built SitaWare Insight, a new, intelligent add-on to our defence software suite. Switzerland already uses our new AI solution, and many others are showing serious interest. Exciting times lie ahead, and we are nowhere near done with exploring the many opportunities and challenges AI offers. Below, you can learn more about how AI is currently transforming the battlefield 👇👇 https://hubs.ly/Q031nK2b0
