Team Gullit x $60 Million Esports World Cup! 🤝 It's been one year since our world championship win in Riyadh, and we're heading back to Saudi Arabia to make it two in a row on the biggest esports tournament the world has ever seen. Eight weeks of action across 22 game titles, and today it's our turn. Getting there was already incredibly hard. Just 8 tickets were available for roughly 750 professional players and had to be earned on two LAN tournaments, the other spots for the Esports World Cup were given out with invites. Impossible? Nope. Three Team Gullit players qualified through these events — we've won one and got second in the other — and secured themselves of a spot in the most hyped tournament of the year. 💸 $1.000.000 prize money 🌍 TOP-16 players in the world 💯 $20.000.000 Club Championship And now it's time to go all the way again. But this time, we're not alone. We've teamed up with one of the biggest esports teams in the world Team Liquid, and will compete under a shared banner, with collaborated jerseys. Before the launch of Team Gullit, talented FIFA-players had a difficult time breaking through internationally without being part of a professional football club.
