[English below] We zijn verheugd te delen dat wij momenteel bezig zijn met een prachtig project voor HES Bulk Terminal Amsterdam. Als onderdeel van de transitie van steenkool naar agribulk is TME de opdracht toegekend alle bulktransport in deze nieuwe route te leveren. Enkele belangrijke kenmerken van het project: In totaal worden er 14 transportbanden geïnstalleerd, waarvan de langste maar liefst 320 meter is. De totale lengte van alle transportbanden bedraagt 1,2 kilometer. De capaciteit van de transportbanden varieert per route, maar kan oplopen tot een indrukwekkende 1.300 ton per uur. Om flexibiliteit te garanderen, is er een afwerpwagen ontworpen, waarmee overal in de loods gelost kan worden. De transportbanden variëren in vermogen tot 110 kW en in breedte tot 1.400 mm, waardoor ze geschikt zijn voor verschillende toepassingen. We hebben ook een weegtoren geïnstalleerd met 2 weeglijnen, en er is de mogelijkheid tot uitbreiding naar een derde lijn, waardoor nauwkeurige gewichtsmetingen mogelijk zijn. Dit project is niet alleen technisch uitdagend, maar draagt bij aan de transitie van steenkolen naar andere vormen van overslag binnen de industrie. We zijn trots op de rol die we spelen in het ondersteunen van HES tijdens deze transitie. We kijken uit naar verdere ontwikkelingen en de voortzetting van onze samenwerking met HES om dit project succesvol af te ronden. [EN] We are pleased to share that we are currently engaged in a remarkable project for HES Bulk Terminal Amsterdam. As part of the transition from coal to agribulk, TME has been tasked with providing all bulk transport along this new route. Here are some key features of the project: A total of 14 conveyors will be installed, with the longest reaching up to 320 meters. The total length of all conveyors amounts to 1.2 kilometers. The capacity of the conveyors varies per route, but can reach an impressive 1,300 tons per hour. To ensure flexibility, a discharge wagon has been designed, allowing unloading anywhere in the warehouse. The conveyors range in power up to 110 kW and in width up to 1,400 mm, making them suitable for various applications. We have also installed a weighing tower with 2 weighing lines, with the possibility of expanding to a third line, enabling accurate weight measurements. This project is not only technically challenging but also contributes to the transition from coal to other forms of handling within the industry. We are proud of the role we play in supporting HES during this transition. We look forward to further developments and continuing our collaboration with HES to successfully complete this project.
