Being part of the construction of one of the largest and most advanced wind farm projects, has been a remarkable journey for TOPPERS. Our team members, Boudewijn Baan and Joanna Piwniuk, have been instrumental in driving this project forward. Together, they handled incident reporting—leading investigations, implementing improvements, and preparing lessons learned. They coordinated emergency drills, worked closely with contractors to ensure full preparedness, and conducted safety audits on operational vessels. Additionally, they developed safety alerts to address ongoing risks and managed H&S data, compiling monthly statistics, reviewing documents, and maintaining the project's safety files. Their efforts also extended to reviewing and approving work permits, managing the Residual Risk Register to address unresolved risks, and leading H&S meetings, including HIRA reviews with contractors. Thanks to their teamwork and the collective dedication of everyone involved, we are proud to contribute to a wind farm project that will sustainably power the Netherlands for years to come. #windenergy #sustainability #healthandsafety #teamwork
