    📆 September Highlights from Top Employers Institute 🌍 What a month! Top Employers Institute has been busy connecting and sharing inspiring content around the world. Take a look 👀 ⭕ In Africa Nazia Osman, Nathier Jappie, Alan Hosking, Gareth Renda, Charl Uys, Sandra Botha and Karen Muller had an incredible experience participating as a sponsor at #LeaderEx. We hosted the #Talent track for this years #HRSummit component in Jhb, South Africa! With 15 sessions, 21 speakers and a demo pod; it was an absolute pleasure to connect with many customers, colleagues and partners from the HR industry. ⭕ In the UK Androna Benadè, Samantha Jordan, Claire Matthews, Monica van der Meeren and David Plink attended the Gartner ReimagineHR Conference in London. We were thrilled to meet so many new connections and reconnect with many of our certified Top Employers. Our CEO David Plink hosted a fantastic session on key global trends to future-proof your people strategies - many thanks to all that attended! #GartnerHR ⭕ In Singapore, we held an event called "Navigating the COMPASS Framework," where insights on HR best practices and strategies related to COMPASS were shared by certified Top Employers and Veremark. This newly updated points system by Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower is designed to evaluate all work visa applications and renewals, with the latest regulatory changes set to take effect from 1 September 2024. ⭕ In the United States, Jake Canull with guest speaker CEO of Cliquify Amit Parmar discussed strategies on optimising HR spend to maximise business impact. During the webinar they reviewed how to set clear objectives for HR spending as well as measuring ROI on HR initiatives and other ways to manage HR budgets as organisations get ready for 2025. ⭕ In China, on #TopEmployersDay, the team hosted an Appreciation Dinner for guests from the China Top Employers community - delivering value by sharing and connecting with each other for our common goal of creating a better world of work. ⭕ In Poland Katarzyna Konieczna, Iza Mosko, Maciej Moskal, Patrycja Jankowska, Anton Gruenwald and Adrian Seligman welcomed Poland's Top Employers community to our HR Best Practices Conference in Warsaw. Thank you to all speakers and panellists for a truly inspiring event!   ⭕ In the Netherlands, we held a workshop hosted by Jeroen Fleddérus from certified Top Employer De Nederlandsche Bank, featuring insightful discussions on workplace bullying. The event also included an immersive VR experience from IUTY | IT’S UP TO YOU, offering a powerful perspective on how bullying can affect the work environment, as part of the Week Against Bullying initiative.
