🚀 D2X Becomes First in EU to Obtain MiFID MTF Licence for Crypto Derivatives, Secures $10 mn Series A Led by Point72 Ventures 🚀 We are thrilled to announce two significant milestones for D2X Group. D2X became the first entity in the EU to obtain a MiFID MTF licence for crypto derivatives and secured a $10 million Series A led by Point72 Ventures. This investment is a testament to the confidence placed in D2X's vision and capabilities and will fuel our mission to bridge the gap between digital assets and traditional finance for institutions. With the MiFID licence, granted by the Dutch Authority for Financial Markets (AFM), D2X is now authorised to operate a regulated trading venue for cash-settled crypto futures and options. Set to launch in Q2 this year, D2X will offer regulated crypto derivatives trading 7-days-a-week addressing the growing institutional demand for digital assets. Our partnership with a Tier-1 EU credit institution enables off-exchange collateral accounts, mitigating credit risk.
