The main guts include a compact Hatz 5kW DC diesel generator, 20kW of Victron Energy MultiPlus inverter power, and 76.8kWh of U5000 Pylontech batteries - all working together in harmony. Happily, that has now changed with the installation of a solar-powered water maker, which condenses moisture from Cameroon’s hot and humid air and makes it available for drinking.
