Today we hosted our #BreakfastSession where WICT members came together to envision the future and set meaningful goals for the upcoming year. Highlights of the Session: 👁 Visualizing who we want to be one year from now 📊 Diving deep into the SMART method for setting actionable and measurable goals 👣  Learning the Pyramid #GoalSetting Method, breaking big goals into manageable steps 🌻 Discussing how to divide goals across key life areas—health, #CareerDevelopment, passions, and social connections—so that we can grow and develop in all aspects of our lives.
