Work Coordinator

Atlas Professionals is seeking an experienced Work Planner OMS E/I Coordinator Offshore for one of our clients in Alkmaar. This role involves working on the offshore P15ACD installations and the P15F & P18A satellites, with responsibilities including coordination of satellite work and OMS. Responsibilities

• Understand the project scope, prepare and plan in collaboration with the Planner, oversee maintenance work, and provide supervision.
• Initiate and oversee modifications (MOC) on installations, ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards.
• Ensure accurate progress of plans, work instructions, drawings, and workload management for company employees and third parties.
• Coordinate planned and ongoing work with the relevant manager, Team Leader, and/or Offshore installation Operator.
• Conduct analysis on various installations post-maintenance and propose improvements/modifications through Master Data Change (MDC).
• Prepare for maintenance stops such as TAR and Campaigns at Offshore installations, in collaboration with TAR and Campaign coordinators.
• Manage spare parts for critical equipment in collaboration with the Reliability Engineer and Supply Chain inventory management.
• Request quotes and order parts in collaboration with the Supply Chain department.
• Process assignments and handle administrative tasks in the maintenance management system.
• Manage the Maximo maintenance management system.
• Address and coach employees/third parties, taking corrective action in unsafe work situations.

Requirements

• MBO 4 Education in Mechanical Engineering and/or E&I.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the Onshore and Offshore sectors.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• VCA Basic or VOL certification.
• Electrical expertise: LV and HV installations, E-motors, transformers.
• Instrumentation expertise: Valves with actuators, measuring and control systems, DCS, PLC, networks, PLC OMS (Siemens PLC, Toshiba PLC, etc.).
• Experience with and knowledge of Offshore technical installations, technical drawings, and P&IDs.
• BOSIET 0.5A and H2S 0.8 NOPEGA certifications.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
• Experience with MRP systems such as SAP, Maximo, Oracle.
