In the latest episode, he humorously declares, "I'm 65 kilos, and I feel like a krill in the water!". 🦐 Did you know that a krill weighs only between 0.8 and 2 grams? Even the mighty Antarctic krill (Euphausia superba), one of the largest of its kind, maxes out around 2 grams and is about 6 centimeters long – roughly the size of a house key! 🔑 Though small, krill play a massive role in the ocean's ecosystem and are packed with essential nutrients for overall health. 🚨 Exciting new research on Krill oil and Lupus! 🚨 A new study published in Lupus Science & Medicine has shown promising results for lupus patients using Superba Boost krill oil supplements. The study found that in just one month, patients taking krill oil saw a significant improvement in their Omega-3 levels, compared to those on a placebo. Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease that can damage vital organs like the kidneys, heart, and lungs. This research is encouraging because it shows how increasing Omega-3 levels might help support heart health in lupus patients, especially those with more severe symptoms.
