  • Indoor cooling contributes to 2.7% of global CO2 emissions, and to achieve net zero targets by 2030, emissions must be reduced to 40% of today’s level. ☀️Blinds and screens mitigate heat from sunlight, yet people value daylight and views. Therefore, solutions must reduce glare and heat without compromising comfort. Sunphade has developed a unique, dynamic solar control film for windows made of photochromic nanoscale thin film that adapts to sunlight intensity. This allows occupants to avoid glare, enjoy natural daylight and maintain a clear view outside. 🪟 By blocking up to 66% of the sun's energy, Sunphade reduces the need for artificial cooling and lowers energy consumption. Moreover, it does not require maintenance. Read the full article here ➡️ https://lnkd.in/dgx9M_aE 📷: Sunphade
