It's been a week since the opening of our landmark summit in Stockholm, but we are still energized because of the incredible feedback we've received. Although this was our second event, it marked the beginning of a new era for large-scale intercontinental summits organized by ENFA, which will be held annually across Europe, particularly in the Scandinavian region, as we do now. During this week, we constantly receive your incredibly warm and thoughtful feedbacks, which motivate us to aim higher and deliver even greater value in the future. The most frequent feedback emphasized the fundamental difference of the ENFA summit from other events you've attended. You highlighted the diversity of participants, the open and inclusive environment, and the valuable insights on blended finance, which stood out in particular. We’re delighted to hear that many of you left the summit with practical knowledge, new projects, and even partnerships to be. This outcome is exactly what we aimed to achieve. Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to bringing you more impactful events in the years to come! I could tell you all about the successes of our ENFA Business Summit 2024, and I will at some point, but for now, I’d rather highlight my team, without whom success is meaningless. As a founder and leader, you need people on your team who deeply care for you and trust you, even when you sometimes doubt yourself. You need them to share the vision and feel proud to be part of realizing it. You are responsible for creating clarity within the team and the business, but you also need a team that is open to sharing their advice, insights, and experiences with you. Your brand will only be successful if, first and foremost, your team feels a sense of belonging and ownership over its existence and continuation. You need a team that sees your hard work and feels motivated to contribute more. You need people who take responsibility in the face of obstacles and stand by your side to keep things together, overcoming challenges one by one. You need a team that helps the brand shine, even when you are not at your best. A successful brand is about the team behind it. The founder may be the one who jumps into the ocean and starts to swim, but it is the team that builds the boat together so the founder can navigate the waves, too. I believe I have a team like that. I feel a huge sense of responsibility towards them and our brand. Kudos to all of you. I care for you and I feel proud of us. Cheers! And hey! As much as I enjoyed the process and its rewarding ongoing results, I am looking forward to THE DAY … Let’s hope for the best 🤞
