Is twenty cups of coffee ☕️ per month with your business peers enough to get to know them and their challenges ❓ Before answering, the backstory: Many years ago, Abbey Lin contacted me about a potential client engagement in her prior role. While she decided to go in a different direction, we stayed in touch and always shared that it would be great to meet in Oslo. We also stayed in touch via LinkedIn and commented on one another's posts, especially when Abbey and En Abdulahu co-founded Fortifai, where I shared my 👏🏼 for their new and exciting venture. Fast forward ⏩, when invited to speak this year by Helge Kvamme at the Oslo Anti-Corruption Conference in Norway 🇳🇴, as soon as I confirmed, I contacted Abbey, who had already started her podcast, and asked about her thoughts on getting together, live, and recording in-studio 🎧.
