Last week, I had the opportunity to travel to Berlin and present at the PT1 Family Day about how we at Proptly accelerate ClimateTech installations. 💥 In Proptly, we've just released a major update that allows you to connect all your service orders through our platform and dispatch them automatically to your network of electricians. This ensures rapid resolution of issues with your EV chargers, solar panels, etc., without ANY manual input. Our promise is that you will never again have to call or send an email to electricians to inquire about the status of the job. Let me give you an example! Your business has 10 EV chargers installed at a gas station, where you, of course, used Proptly to manage the installation. After some months, a Tesla driver named Bob is about to charge his car at the gas station. However, he discovers that the charger he wants to use isn't working. He then notices a QR code that he can scan to report the issue. He does this promptly, and a service order is instantly created in Proptly. Our system then identifies the electrician company in your network that is closest to the location and directs the order to them. The electrician, Tina, receives an SMS with the job, taking her to the contractor platform where she accepts the job.
