We’ve gathered festivals and suppliers for our first GPC Club Meeting in Aarhus! 🇩🇰 Last week we focused on the festival industry with cases from the Danish festivals Grøn Koncert and NorthSide with great inputs from JELLING MUSIKFESTIVAL. We also had the chance to hear presentations from green suppliers RefurbishBike, ReUnite , Planet-A-Mor, Music Declares Emergency and Dansk Mobilopvask and how they help the festivals reduce emissions. We have so much appreciation for the speakers and their dedicated, hard work. We thank everybody who joined us in Aarhus for an awesome afternoon, and can’t wait to work further with all of this significant potential.

👉 Meld deg på her: https://lnkd.in/dj-GJ7NV Økonomi24.com Kreativt Forum https://lnkd.in/disyq7qu

Our first GPC Club Meeting in Helsinki! 🇫🇮 We had the pleasure of co-hosting our first Green Producers Club meeting in Finland with Moomin Characters . It was an inspiring day spent with people from Finland’s film, arts, performing arts, and events industries, all coming together to explore how we can create a more sustainable future. Hearing from Moomin, the Finnish National Opera and Ballet, and others about their work was both eye-opening and encouraging. Here’s a quick recap of the day: - Roleff Kråkström from Moomin Characters / Rights & Brands gave us a warm welcome. - Our very own Mads Astrup Rønning introduced the Green Producers Club and the Green Producers Tool. - Kristina Bell from Den Norske Opera & Ballett shared her insights on developing the Green Producers Tool for Performing Arts. - Johanna Stenback and Thomas Saurén from Moomin Characters gave two fantastic talks on Moomin’s sustainability strategy and their experiences using the Green Producers Tool for events. - Tapio Säkkinen, Environmental Head at the Finnish National Opera and Ballet, spoke about their efforts to reduce emissions across Scopes 1, 2, and 3. - Finally, Brita Synnøve Holt Vistnes shared a case study on transforming an international commercial film shoot into a locally produced project in Norway for the 4HER commercial. After soaking in all this inspiration, we enjoyed some incredible vegetarian salads—special thanks to Johanna for organizing such a great event! To top it off, Helsinki itself left a lasting impression. The city's beauty, its focus on sustainability, and the world’s first second-hand clothing store in an airport make it a truly unique place. We’re excited about future Club Meetings in Finland and continuing to collaborate with the local industry! 🌱

Ask Mia before she goes MIA! Mia Frogner, Øyafestivalen’s Head of Sustainability, is leaving soon to start in her new role at Arts and Culture Norway (Kulturdirektoratet), and we’ve got one hour for our members to ask her anything about her experience with the festival and the Green Producers Tool (GPT), on the 15th of October. Mia is our ultimate GPT super-user, with innovative ideas like Bundles, Scopes, and Share Bundles. But most impressive is how she got the entire festival on board with using GPT—and the results have been amazing. This is your chance to learn from her expertise! 🌱 Sign up below – open to all members. Already have a question? Send it to Mads Astrup Rønning at mads@greenproducers.club. https://lnkd.in/d_WYGK4u
