Jammertest is the world’s largest open jamming and spoofing test at Andøya in Norway.

Jammertest is an annual event hosted at Andøya, Norway. It is probably the largest open PNT/GNSS resilience test in the world. At the jammer test event, participants will be subjected to both simple and sophisticated spoofing and jamming attacks allowing actors from both public and private sector to test their PNT systems and products for potential weaknesses against both unintentional and intentional attacks. The Jammertest is organized by the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Norwegian Communications Authority, Norwegian Metrology Service, Norwegian Defence Research Establishment, Norwegian Space Agency and Testnor.

LOSANE SINE VERKTØY PÅ PRØVE: Kan våre nye verktøy stå imot sabotasje og signalforstyrringar til sjøs? "Jammetest": Blokkering av radio- og GPS-signal er eit aukande problem, både på landjorda, i lufta og til sjøs. Derfor testar vi kva som skjer når utstyret vårt blir utsett for signalforstyrringar. Målet er å utvikla gode prototypar som hindrar forstyrringar og falske signal til sjøs. A few glimpses from #jammertest 2024 preparations this week with Hans Berget from Sikt – Kunnskapssektorens tjenesteleverandør. I am happy to say that all the network services finally are up and running, though it took some detective work (and spectrum analyzer + optical time domain reflectometer) to correctly patch our signals to the Jammertest HQ and laboratories a.k.a. Bleik community house. Jammertest internet connectivity is provided by Sikt. High accuracy network timing over White Rabbit PTP by Telenor and Sikt. Timing is also generated using a prototype Fugro Atomichron disciplined oscillator developed by Synkro AS. It is driven by undisturbed GNSS RF over fiber with the help of Andøya Space.
